MORTGAGE REPORTS
We can provide professional reports to satisfy lenders placing a condition on the homebuyer to formally consider trees around the property. Trees are assessed on their condition and potential to affect the structure.
It is advisable before purchasing a property to have an expert carry out a tree survey to check things over; many mortage lenders and banks will require a qualified person to produce a tree report as a condition of lending the money.

These reports - commonly referred to as mortgage reports, pre-purchase reports or home buyer reports - are tailormade to suit the particular criteria set by the lender to ensure there is as little hold up as possible in the house purchase process.

Typically, our reports will pay attention to the following:

-
Assessment of tree condition including recommendations to remediate any identified hazards
-
Assessment of surrounding vegetation's potential to cause subsidence damage to the property
-
Assessment of nearby vegetation's potential to cause direct damage to the property
-
Potential for trees within the property to cause harm or damage to others
-
Potential for damage to the property caused by climbing plants or contact by tree crowns
-
Presence of Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) and/or Conservation Area
